The standard of molds has a critical influence on product quality, and thus we make use of various technologies for quality control. During product design and development, T&K's group of experienced engineers use the advanced Creo.50 engineering software to plan and design an optimized engineering solution. To ensure product quality, we  repeatedly evaluate and test our samples,  conducting impact testing and mold flow analysis on the raw materials. As for now, we use Moldflow2019 for mold flow analysis and Powermill 2019 for modelling. With decades of experience in mold fabrication and our team of 30+ senior technicians, T&K produces high standard molds every year.
